Quite often when I think of all the graduate teachers 'ready to dive' into all kinds of educational settings, trying their best, with all their concerns in their educational kit bag or laptop and with many questions about how they will manage to deliver a lesson that has all the characteristics of 'successful teaching'.

The most common question I get asked at all trainings is the following: ' What can I do to create an interesting lesson? '

The three factors that create meaningful teaching revolve entirely around our students and are created by the person teaching.

Emotional connection, engagement and a safe environment.

According to all scientific studies both during the educational process and during the learning process, the student connects with the teacher as soon as he/she feels safe and that is exactly where he/she starts to interact.

At the same time it is equally important for the experienced teacher to understand that the development of Excellence in Teaching is directly related to Continuous and Purposeful Professional Development (CPD).
