And how could it not be an integral part of this whole ongoing process of evolution in all\nareas of our lives?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quite often when I think of all the graduate teachers 'ready to dive' into all kinds of\neducational settings, trying their best, with all their concerns in their educational kit bag or\nlaptop and with many questions about how they will manage to deliver a lesson that has all\nthe characteristics of 'successful teaching'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most common question I get asked at all trainings is the following: ' What can I do to\ncreate an interesting lesson? '<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three factors that create meaningful teaching revolve entirely around our students and\nare created by the person teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emotional connection, engagement and a safe environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to all scientific studies both during the educational process and during the\nlearning process, the student connects with the teacher as soon as he\/she feels safe and\nthat is exactly where he\/she starts to interact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time it is equally important for the experienced teacher to understand that the\ndevelopment of Excellence in Teaching is directly related to Continuous and Purposeful\nProfessional Development (CPD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\" <\/em>\"<\/em>Reflection is at the heart of effective professional development.<\/em>If we do not take time to\nintentionally reflect on our professional practices, we cannot improve. Once we take\nownership of our professional development by actively reflecting, evaluating and reviewing\nour practice our confidence will skyrocket!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
